It’s unbelievable to think that Choose to Grow has now been in business for 10 years.
It started from a passion of developing leaders into the best versions of themselves, and that’s still our driving force to this day.
Our mission and value has always remained the same - unlocking leadership potential, one brain at a time - but it’s fair to say we’ve undergone some change over the years to get to where we are today.
Our leadership journey
We now offer four stages of leadership development training, guiding learners through each step of the leadership ecosystem.
Aspiring Leaders Programme: This foundational programme is built for developing future leaders. We help you to grow your own talent, ensuring that they become the kind of leaders people want to follow.
Lead Forward Programme: Aimed at middle managers, this programme helps learners master crucial people management skills. It provides the tools they need to master the ‘wilderness’ of middle management, and lead with clarity and purpose.
PIVOT Leadership Programme: Designed for experienced leaders, this award-winning programme focuses on building agility in times of change. Participants learn to embrace change, inspire others, and lead their organisations to success in dynamic environments.
ELEVATE Executive Leadership Programme: This programme equips senior leaders to think strategically, solve complex problems, and make high-impact decisions. It’s all about elevating leaders to thrive at the highest levels.

2022 was a highlight for us, as we received multiple recognitions as both a business and founder for the work we do, positioning us as a heavyweight within the industry. This included:

2024 was the year where The PIVOT Leadership Podcast launched, and it entered the charts at number 13 on the UK’s self-improvement category. To date, 12 expert guests have joined the show to share their insights, and many more exciting names are in the pipeline.
The podcast has been used as a learning tool for many, often seen as a leadership toolkit when leading change.
Embracing change, and challenges
Over the last 10 years, we’ve had to pivot and modify our approach to ensure we’re constantly innovating and staying ahead of the curve.
The shift to hybrid working posed the biggest challenge to Choose to Grow, as we didn’t know how workplace training would look in this new ‘normal’ landscape. This challenging year also came with financial adversity. Out of fear came action – we developed our award-winning PIVOT leadership model which is now our core offering.
Our team aren’t ones to stand still.
We’re continuously progressing and transforming, learning new skills and ensuring we’re at the top of our game for our clients. Over the years, we’ve offered services such as bitesize learning and topical training. Whilst they proved beneficial for our learners, we realised that Choose to Grow is best placed in large scale concepts where we can create a movement of leaders to create lasting behaviour change.
So, what’s next?
It’s a truly exciting time for Choose to Grow.
We’ve defined our service and product evolution and are about to make our first real tech investment with the launch of our learning academy in 2025.
